MAD is proud to offer Red Cross certified swim lessons. The classes range from preschool to level 5, which means we have a class for almost anyone. Click here for the American Red Cross Swim Lesson Achievement Booklet.
We offer community lessons and private lessons. This form is used when registering for private lessons.
Tot Time is an hour-long swim time reserved especially for parents and children. Recommended age is 5 and under. During Tot Time, one adult and one child swim for only $4.00 or $5.00! Additional children or adults will pay the regular drop-in program fees. Tot Time is denoted by a pink color on the MAC schedule.
Open swim for all ages! The MAC has inner tubes, a basketball hoop, a rope swing, and plenty more!
The age requirement for the open swim is as follows: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult; or, if the swimmer requires a life jacket they must be accompanied by an adult.
Age group swim team is offered through Oregon City Swim Team. Kids who can swim a 25 Freestyle, turn and swim a 25 Backstroke are invited to join. Additional fees will apply. Inquire about additional information if interested. Swim Teams are denoted by an orange color on the MAC schedule.
Swimming Special Olympics in September.
· Since 1968, Special Olympics has been changing attitudes about the talents of people with intellectual disabilities.
You mean someone may just need a shower, and not a swim? Yup.
For those that don't have access to a shower. Or those that need ADA accessibility. We are here for our entire community.
Lap swim is a time dedicated for serious swimmers. This is not a good time for children looking to have fun without structure. Our 8-lane pool offers plenty of space for swimmers of all speeds. When no other programs are offered at the same time as lap swim, additional space is available for water walking or personal exercise. Equipment available during lap swim includes: kick boards, pull buoys, hand paddles, fins, water weights, floatation belts, and water noodles. Lap Swim is denoted by a gray color on the MAC schedule.
Water exercise classes are a great way to stay healthy. We offer easy paced and fast paced exercise classes that are sure to be a fun workout for anyone. All classes are taught by qualified instructors.
Class participants must be 16 years or older.
The Molalla Aquatic Center is pleased to bring Aqua Zumba to our Water Fitness Program. You asked and we listened! Aqua Zumba is fun and designed for everyone.
This program is not limited to dancers and fitness fanatics. Beginners to advanced levels are welcome. Get ready for a low impact, cardio conditioning pool party!
Enjoy a snack before or after your swim. There's water, soda pop, Gatorade, chips, candy, yogurt, string cheese and more...
We rent out our classroom for parties, meetings, get togethers? Outside food/drinks welcome. Also, you can rent the facility for just your group (up to 50 swimmers) for two hours for only $200! Come see us and get your name on our calender before we're all booked up!
